blkonblk I have a 2001 330i auto tranny. it appears your tranny is the A5S 325Z, same as mine. The atf you need is LT 71141. if you don't use bmw atf make sure it is compatible with LT 71141. i changed the original atf at 118k miles with amsoil and very pleased with the result. pentosin is another alternative.
